Your Invited to....whoops!

Yeah, take a good look. Take a real good look. Notice??? Does it stick out like a sore thumb? Well in case you can't see it...... I spelled Spring-Break as Sring-Break. And yes....Carson handed them out to all his friends today. I just noticed the typo about a half an hour ago.
I cannot for the life of me multi-task very well. Those of you that can multi-task, my hat goes off to you. (Incredibly, as a school teacher, I multi tasked very efficiently and did very well. ) But I'm old. I'm a great aunt for heaven sakes! ( I'm also being facetious) I admit I am a perfectionist but I try to make every task perfect. Problem is that I run out of time to do the next task which always looks half way done. So I'm turning over a new leaf. I will dot every "I" and cross every "T" in a shorter time frame............ tomorrow. Ho Hum.
Being a Mom though, I've realized that they are always my dotted I and crossed T. I really do enjoy everything about being their Mom. I hope they will always know what it took to get them here and how much I love them.
Anyways, if you feel the need to come to a sring birthday party, your invited! (I did spell check this time... that's a start!)

I would never have noticed myself. I know about the whole multi-tasking thing. I am feeling very overwhelmed every day, and I don't think I will ever catch up. I look around and see half-done projects every day, too many things to do I guess.

I didn't even notice until you pointed it out!!!! I make a list everyday of what needs to be done and I usually never get them all crossed off!!! You are a GREAT mom and what a cute invitation!!!

Don't feel so bad, Heather! After teaching all those years, our spelling was bound to go down the tubes! When you read words spelled so creatively for so long, they seep into your writing vocabulary, and you become just as bad as some of your students!! The teacher in me is tempted to tell you that there is one other typo.... Good thing we aren't expected to be perfect yet!!
